Who We Are

B&C Seafood Inc. was founded in February of 2001 by William "Bill" Mullis. Our original purpose was to purchase and sell catches from offshore fishing vessels owned by Bill Mullis and his long time friend and fishing partner Charles Olsovsky, as well as other vessels. B&C currently has an in house fleet of 9 fishing vessels. The main fishery being that of Atlantic Sea Scallops. Bill and his brother Ed Mullis are both past employees of Sea Rich Seafood formally based out of New Bedford Massachusetts. The brothers functioned as buyers for Sea Rich in the mid Atlantic region, creating relationships buying from many vessels directly while a broad distribution base for a large variety of products. 

B&C Seafood is operated today by Bill's brother, Ed Mullis and has a unique position in the marketplace of a health conscious global population. We provide our customers with direct access to the finest quality sea scallops as well as other seafood available in the market. Our seafood has remained in high demand based on a long term reputation for some of the highest quality "off the boat" product in the business.

B&C Seafood is one of 6 Virginia companies unloading and buying Atlantic seafood products creating the 7th largest ports in the United States in terms of value in seafood landings. 

Our state of the art waterfront unloading and vessel maintenance facility provide a base for our mid to north Atlantic fishing operations. We are capable of purchasing, unloading and selling product off vessels in Cape May, NJ as well as New Bedford, MA. 

B&C Seafood has a ready supply of 100% chem free natural Sea Scallops, Shrimp, Canadian Snow Crab clusters, Lobster tails and Fish.
